When you enroll as an IKON Practitioner, we collect:

• Your account login details and Practitioner ID
• Your responses, answers, and progress inside the IKON Intelligence™ AI Competency Engine
• Your Micro-Credential and Degree Pathway history, stored in your IKON SKILLS™ Passport
• Payment information, processed securely through our payment partners
• Basic technical data such as browser type and device, used to keep the platform working properly

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Deliver and assess your Micro-Credentials through the IKON Intelligence™ AI Competency Engine
• Track your progress and issue your digital badges and certificates
• Share your academic outcomes with European International University, Paris (EIU-Paris), which quality assures every credential issued on this platform
• Ship your original degree or diploma documents where applicable
• Communicate with you about your account, your learning journey, and platform updates
• Improve the IKON SKILLS™ platform and the IKON Intelligence™ AI Competency Engine

3. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only where needed:

• With European International University, Paris (EIU-Paris), Etablissement d'Enseignement Superieur Prive, for degree conferment, quality assurance, and academic record-keeping
• With trusted technology and payment providers who help us run the platform, under strict confidentiality
• With Business Development Partners, only where you have applied through a partner channel, and only to the extent needed to process your enrollment
• Where required by law

4. Your IKON SKILLS™ Passport

Your Passport is your personal, verifiable record of earned Micro-Credentials. You control whether your Passport link is shared publicly. Your assessment answers and AI interaction data remain private and are used only for competency verification and platform improvement.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard safeguards, including secure servers, encrypted connections, and access controls. Your earned credentials are additionally verified through blockchain technology to prevent tampering.

6. Data Retention

We keep your Practitioner records and Passport history for as long as your account is active, and afterward for as long as needed to meet our academic, legal, and quality assurance obligations with EIU-Paris.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our academic record-keeping obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's Privacy

IKON SKILLS™ is built for working professionals and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform grows. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
